"He has the strength, experience, personal commitment and authority to accomplish this critical mission": This statement was made by George W. Bush, in reference to the newly "appointed" head of, the newly formed, "Homeland SSecurity": Tom Ridge. As you will see, with the exposure of Tom Ridge's background, that there is more than meets the eye in this sinister encrypted message. In order to see the full implications of this sinister message, we could go back to the middle age (dark age) inquisitions, but for now, we�ll start in the early 1950�s: when certain democratic senators, including John Kennedy, were holding secret meetings, ironing out the details to turn VietNam into a Roman Catholic state; and from the words of the perpetrators themselves: In the early 1950�s the CIA brought Ngo Dihn Diem to New York City, where he was trained, by Cardinal Francis �burn-em alive� Spellman, in the procedures of turning VietNam into a Roman Catholic state. To get non-Catholic politicians, military and government officials to participate: was offered the ever, monetarily lucrative: opium out of the, ever fertile, Southeast Asian jungles. The program was implemented when Diem was sent back to VietNam and replaced, the self exiled, Bao Dai (who had tried to do the same thing under French rule). From the middle fifties to 2 Nov 1963 Diem worked, unceasingly (for the Vatican), in the systematic task detailed to him by Spellman. Diem replaced all government officials (and everyone in any position of power or influence) with devout Roman Catholics. Diem then changed laws that reflected a total bias in favor of Catholics (and against all other religions). Land was given to Catholics while peoples of all other persuasions were forced to live under a legal and tax structure that was so oppressive that it caused an exodus of North Vietnamese Catholics to the South and South Vietnamese Buddhists to the North. Many Buddhists remained in the South in an attempt to affect change for more tolerant government policies: These people became Viet Cong (VC). Not content with the progress he was making: Diem started rounding up all the Buddhists, especially monks, and put them into concentration camps. When Diem started killing monks, it caused a rebellion in the general population: many demonstrations with several monks committing suicide in protest: one of these was Thich Quang Duc, who set himself on fire in the middle of a busy intersection in Saigon, 11 June 1963, bringing international attention to Diems religious genocide: so much so that it brought a stern warning from President Kennedy to stop the killings. Thinking Spellman would take care of Kennedy and to keep on his schedule of "conversion", Diem continued the killings: fearing exposure of the connection of the Catholic church to the killings: Kennedy has Diem and his brother killed in a CIA backed coup, 2 Nov 1963(effectively stopping the genocide). Twenty days later Kennedy is assassinated in Dealy Plaza (read: JESUIT, Vatican Tyranny, for the connection between the assassinations of John Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.). We now move to Dec 1967, though not officially implemented until July 1968, by official decree of, Catholic President, Nguyen Van Thieu: May 1968, General Edward G. Landsdale (CIA Saigon station chief and Knight of Malta) reported to ambassador Bunker that "Thieu's efforts to create a base of support in both Houses have been made difficult by, Buddhist backed, Vice President, Ky's influence among some important senators and Ky's influence over the Democratic Bloc in the lower House.": 2 June 1968, Ky's main support bloc, while meeting at a command post in Cholon district of Saigon, was attacked with rocket and machine gun fire from a U.S. Army helicopter: killing Lieutenant Colonel Pho Quoc Chu (Ky's brother-in-law); Lieutenant Colonel Dao Ba Phuoc; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Luan; Major Le Ngoc Tru and Major Nguyen Bao Thuy: effectively wiping out Ky's political financial base. Now given the official title of �Phoenix� Program: planned and implemented solely by the CIA: the "conversion" process (genocide) of the South Vietnamese Buddhists starts again. As will become only too apparent, the Phoenix Program was a program of extermination. As you read, keep in mind that the only difference between the Phoenix Program and �Homeland SSecurity� is their names. In the Phoenix Program, offices were set up from top government levels down to the local communities. These operatives, from the top level of command all the way down to the PRU (Provincial Reconnaissance Units) operated with total impunity.

Their function: (1) Collate intelligence on community infrastructure. (2) Carry out sweeps through communities: picking up people at random, along with all those named by �anonymous informants�, and indefinitely detained in CIA interrogation centers. (3) Interrogation of suspects: according to the �CIA Manual For Interrogation and Elimination�: proves that these procedures were standard policy: Not one person interrogated, as a VC, ever survived this �procedure�. (4) Neutralize (kill) targeted members of communities: often carried out by CIA lead locals organized into "Provincial Reconnaissance Units" (PRU). (5) Units are pressured from higher ups to fill �numerical quotas� to be �neutralized� (killed): quota pressure forced PRU to neutralize all who cannot prove their innocence of �suspicious activity�: resulting in indiscriminate brutality, torture and murder. (U.S. & Saigon intel services maintained active lists of VC/Buddhist cadre marked for assassination. Phoenix Program for 1969 called for "neutralizing" 1800 a month). (6) Suspects were not allowed: trial, preliminary hearing, legal representation, confront accusers, plead in own behalf or present evidence in their defense. (7) Quotas were used for sentencing: proving, conclusively, that the entire Phoenix Program was academic to genocide (40,994 dead: mostly women and children): and all on the, non descriptive, intentionally vague, presumption of �suspicious activity�. (U.S. military personnel, considered security risks, were also ordered killed by CIA directors). 1975 issue of Counter-Spy magazine described the "Phoenix Program" as "the most indiscriminate and massive program of political murder since the Nazi death camps of WW II.

The Phoenix Program/Homeland SSecurity is the incorporation of unam sanctam, 18 Nov 1302, of Pope Boniface VIII: "We are informed by the text of the gospels that in this church and in its power are two swords; namely the spiritual and the temporal. For when the Apostles say: "Behold here are two swords"[Luke 22:38] that is to say, in the church, since the Apostles were speaking, the Lord did not reply that there were to many, but sufficient. Certainly the one who denies that the temporal sword is in the power of Peter has not listened well to the word of the Lord commanding: "Put up thy sword into thy scabbard"[Mt. 26:52]. Both, therefore, are in the power of the church, that is to say, the spiritual and the material sword, but the former is to be administered-for-the church but the latter-by-the church; the former in the hands of the priests; the latter in the hands of kings and soldiers, but at the will and sufferance of the priest". ..... This was put in no uncertain terms by "Father" Patrick O'Brien quoted in L'Aurora of the same date: "We control America and we do not propose to stop until America or Americans are genuinely Roman Catholic and remain so." "We, the Hierarchy of the Holy Catholic church, if necessary, shall change, mend, or blot out the present Constitution so that the President may enforce his, or rather our, humanitarian programme and all phases of human rights, as laid down by our saintly Popes and the Holy Mother Church. We are going to have our laws made and enforced according to the Holy See and the Popes and the canon law of the Papal throne. Our entire social structure must be rebuilt on that basis. Our educational laws must be constructed to end the atheism, the Red peril of totalitarianism, Protestantism, Communism, Socialism and all other of like ilk and stamp, be driven from this fair land. We control America and we do not propose to stop until America or Americans are genuinely Roman Catholic and remain so."

The Phoenix Program was concocted by CIA's Far East Division Chief, William Colby (Jesuit trained, Knight of Malta; WWII "Vatican Ratline" operative: working in the Vatican with James Jesus Angleton {awarded the Sovereign Military Order of Malta by Pope Pius XII for rescuing Prince Valerio Burghese/"Black Prince": leader of the neo-fascist syndicate: "Movimento Sociale Italiano" from a twelve year prison sentence given him at Nuremberg} who was an operative in the assassination of John Kennedy), was implemented by CIA station chief, William Casey (Sovereign Knight of Malta: "Vatican Ratline" operative). Tom Ridge (Knight of Columbus), Oliver North and Bob Kerry (Nebraska Senator) were among the operatives in the Phoenix Program (genocide). All of the CIA programs, since the VietNam War, are simply extensions of the Phoenix Program: �Iran-Contra�(drugs and weapons smuggling operation) in Nicaragua (concocted by William Casey and Oliver North); Bush�s raid on Panama (20,000 dead). And what more we could say about the rest of South and Central America; Ireland; Croatia; Serbia (read: KOSOVO, Vatican Tyranny); Macedonia; Montenegro; Afghanistan; Indonesia(500,000 murdered [the names of all people rounded up was accumulated, collated and given to Suharto (put into power through a CIA coup) by the CIA] in four months, by Suharto's army: under the direction and assistance [given jeeps, weapons, field radios {Collins: single side band, KWM-2's: radio messages monitored by National Security Agency: keeping track of the incarcerated and dead, then relaying the info to Washington D.C. where a running count was kept in maintaining a numerical quota} from Clark Field in the Philippines] of the CIA) etc: Colby said the program of genocide in Indonesia and the Phoenix Program were the same. The schools of training for these indigenous government terrorists are, Western Hemisphere Institute For Security Cooperation, formerly The School of The Americas (Ft. Benning Ga.) and The Counter-Insurgency Training Center (Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, N.C.). The federalization of all local and county/provincial and state governments by force, under the guise of the "War On Drugs", is typified by the Mexican military's, "Airborne Group Special Forces" slaughter of 45 Mayan Indians (who were trying to maintain their local sovereignty) at Acteal, Chiapas, Mexico: Mexico's version of Homeland SSecurity: In Oct. 95 William Perry (U.S. Secretary of Defense) met with his Mexican counterpart, Enrique Cervantes Aquirre: within months, of Perry's visit, the first group of young Mexican military officers were training in "anti-drug operations" at the Counter-Insurgency Training Center at Ft. Bragg, N.C. In April 96 Perry and Aquirre signed a military aid package to Mexico: the agreement gave Mexico: 73 Huey helicopters; 4 C-26 reconnaissance planes; 500 armored personnel carriers (bringing Mexico's total to 7000); high tech spy hardware; rifles; grenades; flame throwers; $50,000,000 for arms and training (at Ft. Bragg) where "particularly heavy emphasis" was placed on the airborne group of Special Forces (Aerotransportado de Fuerzas Especiales) to be located in the Mexican states of Chiapas and Guerrero southern Mexico, where "special airborne forces" were set up. What really blows the lid off of the U.S. Governments blatant lies about the phony war on drugs is, with all of this military buildup and slaughter going on in Southern Mexico, both U.S. and Mexican governments admit that "ALL" of the Mexican drug production and activity is in the north! Carmel, outside Waco, Texas), and Iran-Contra (weapons and drugs smuggling operation run out of the airfield at Mena, Arkansas), kept in the Alfred P. Murray federal building safe. In the 9/11/01 World Trade Center disaster (Bush hopes will result in the, totalitarian, "Homeland Security" passage in Congress): 40,000 people did not show up for work; terrorist pilots received CIA flight training at Pensacola Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Fla.; Bush issues executive order W199I-WF-213589, threatening prosecution of FBI agents for reporting on Al Qaeda, after they had reported several working at several US International Airports, two months before 9/11/01; Bush stops all subsequent investigation into the disaster: ....the most telling of government involvement in 9/11: "NORAD"....

"NORAD": America's (and Canada's) air "national security" system, on 9/11/01, showed all of the professionalism of the "Three Stooges": when an aircraft: makes a deviation from its flight plan; turns off its transponder; loses radio contact with a tower, or any combination thereof, a fighter aircraft immediate/rapid deployment/intercept (scramble) is automatically launched .... that is on any day except 9/11/01. About a half hour after flight 11 was taken over (and its IFF transponder turned off), and eight minutes after it hit building 1 of the World Trade Center, two F-15 fighter aircraft are "scrambled" from Otis air force base at Falmouth Mass. To make sure they didn't catch and intercept flight 175 before it flew into WTC building 2 eight minutes later: the two F-15s fly at 447 mph (23.8% of their optimum speed and 53 mph slower than flight 175); two F-15's flying off the coast of Long Island are not redeployed to intercept either flight 11 or 175 until after flight 175 hits WTC building 2 .... and it gets better (or worse) .... by the time the four F-15s arrive over Manhattan the only jetliner still flying, with its IFF transponder off, has made a 180 degree turn over southern Ohio and has been headed for Washington D.C. for 12 minutes and still 34 minutes from the Pentagon. After the airliner hits the Pentagon (or so we are supposed to believe), we now know there was no flight 77 into the Pentagon, but was a missile, in all likelyhood fired from one of the two F-16s from Andrews air force base(10 miles from the Pentagon) that did a slow "fly over" of the carnage immediately after the Pentagon was hit. There were seven buildings in the World Trade Center complex: five, out of the original seven, went down. Buildings 1 and 2 are all you hear about (no explanation is ever given for the other three). Immediately after flight 175 flies into building 2, an explosion is seen, going through the roof of building 6, rising 550 ft. into the air; re-enforcing steel is partially vaporized. Explosions are seen inside building 7 and collapses in on itself (in the same demolition fashion as the other 4) after 5:30pm. Demolition explosions are seen at every level, going off in sequence, as building 1 and 2 are collapsing. There are three rules of operation to every terrorist organization: (1) commit the terrorist act; (2) take credit for the evil deed; (3) go on international TV, with unit colors and weapons, and make demands from the people you committed the act against: Who took credit for 9/11/01?: NOBODY!! After this fact was being talked about on TV, the feds suddenly came up with "the magic letter" (like "the magic bullet" in the Kennedy assassination) written by Al Qaeda: taking credit for the trade center disaster, which was later proven to be a forgery: Bush lies again! Georgia Congresswoman, Cynthia McKinney, is ostracized, by the administration, Congress, media and, so called, conservative groups, for calling for a more thorough investigation into the disaster; World Trade Center bombing (26 Feb 93): Arab intermediary (between FBI and the Arab terrorists) was given two bombs, by the FBI, for the terrorists (one real and one dummy): when the intermediary asked the FBI which bomb he should give the terrorists, the FBI control agent said: "give them the real one": realizing the significance of that statement, the intermediary asked the FBI agent a second time and, after a long hesitation, got the same response (seen on C-Span); DC snipers: John Alan Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo: who's names were on the police desks from the beginning (and that of their car) went about their killing spree unhindered by any authorities. The police never did look for them: (even after their car had been reported being at at least three of the murder crime scenes): They were located (in a well lit-up rest area) and caught by private citizens who called the police, and after waiting thirty minutes called them again: after ten to fifteen more minutes the cops finally show up. John Alan Muhammad's wife works in the office of U.S. Attorney General, John Ashcroft (if you think that's a coincidence, I have some ocean front property in Kansas I'll be glad to sell you). The Anthrax virus mailed to Congressmen and others in DC has been traced to Fort Detrick Army Medical Center (the AIDS virus was invented by the Army also), Frederick Maryland. Adolph Hitler (put into the chancelory by Cardinal Secretary of State, Eugenio Pacelli) had his Reichstag fire: hanging, Dutch communist, Marinus van der Lubbe for the fire Goering had set: persuading President von Hendenberg to execute executive order: Die Verordnung des Reichspraesidenten zum Schuetz von Volkund Staat (ordinance of Reichspresident for the Defense of the People and State). The Verordnung suspended the portions of the German Constitution equivalent to our Bill of Rights: transfering sovereignty from the German people to the Nazi regime: shutting down dissenting press; political rivals rounded up and sent to Dachau Concentration Camp ( paving the way for Endloesung, {"Final Solution"}); Australia had its "Port Arthur Massacre", perpetrated by the Australian government (28 April 96, the "lone nut" (patsy): Martin Bryant (arrested, held in isolation for weeks without benefit of council; tortured with mind altering techniques: easy to do with an I.Q. of 66; resulting in his "persuasion" to accept a plea bargain; resulting in the government not having to present its flimsy case in court, where they knew they didn't stand a chance) being prosecuted in the media before he is even arrested and the Australian governments corporate stonewalling of all subsequent investigation into the disaster: sound familiar?: this is almost "carbon copy" of what happened to James Earl Ray), resulting in the passage of anti-gun legislation/confiscation and the, now infamous, "2000 Aid To Civilian Authorities" (25 Aug 00): amendment to the Defense Act: authorizing the Australian military to shoot and kill Australian citizens, which has resulted in random raids by the Australian police: such as "Operation Vikings 12" (22 Sept 02: 600+ police, and dogs, aggressively confronting people, without provocation, at random in Burwood, Marrickville, Newtown, St. George, Surry Hills, Kings Cross and Sydney CBD: entering places of business without invitation or provocation, etc). Of course the Australian citizen can no longer fend off any tyrannical government aggression, since his guns have been confiscated for his "protection". Evidently Australia doesn't have a Bill of Rights, at least not any longer: Australia's "Civilian Internment Camps" are under construction on Christmas Island. Blast from the past: First of all, "Nazi" was gutter slang for the verb "to nationalize". The Bider-Meinhoff gang gave themselves the moniker. The official title of the Nazi Party was "The National Socialist Workers Party of Germany". Hitler and the Brownshirts advocated the nationalization of education, health care, transportation, national resources, manufacturing, distribution and law enforcement. (Homeland SSecurity) Hitler came to power by turning the working class, unemployed, and academic elite against the conservative republic. After Der Fuhrer's election ceased being a political conspiracy and was transformed into a fashionable social phenomenon, party membership was especially popular with educators, bureaucrats, and the press. ("Students in service to America", George Bush). Being a Nazi was "politically correct" (patriotic). They called themselves "The Children of the New Age of World Order" and looked down their noses at everyone else. As Hitler acquired more power, he refered to his critics as "the dark forces of anarchy and hatred" (axis of evil?). Anyone who questioned Nazi high-handedness in the German press was branded a "conservative reactionary" (domestic terrorist). Joseph Goebbels, minister of propaganda and communications, proclaimed a "New World Order". The Nazi reign of terror began with false news reports on the Jews, Bohemians and Gypsies: who were said to be arming themselves to overthrow the "New World Order" (see Al-Qaeda's House of Horrors): Hitler demanded that all good people register their guns so that they would not fall into the hands of the "terrorists and madmen". Right-wing fanatics of the "Old Order" (based on the Constitution, Bill of Rights, limited government, and Judeo-Christian values) who protested firearms registration were arrested by the S.S. and put in jail for "fomenting hatred against the Government of the German people" (Fatherland/Homeland Security). Then Goering set the Reichstag fire and Hitler ram-rodded an "Emergency Anti-Terrorist Act" ("Patriot Act") through Parliament that gave the Gestapo (Homeland Security) extraordinary powers. The leader then declared that for the well-being of the German people, all private firearms were to be confiscated by the Gestapo and the Wermotten (federal law enforcement and military). German citizens who refused to surrender their guns when the "jack boots" (Gestapo) came calling, were murdered in their homes: the S.W.A.T. team was invented and perfected, by the Gestapo, for this purpose. The Gestapo was the federal marshals of the Third Reich. When the Policia Bewakken, or local police, refused to take away guns from townsfolk, they themselves were disarmed, dragged into the street and shot to death by the S.A. and S.S. (Nazi versions of the B.A.T.F. and F.B.I.): local ministers speeking out against these atrocities were imprisoned and never seen again. The Gestapo confiscated and seized homes, businesses, bank accounts, and the personal belongings of wealthy conservative citizens who had prospered in the old Republic (warrantless searches, asset forfeiture and seizure, condemnation: "Medical Emergency Powers Act"). Pamphleteers who urged revolt against the Nazis were shot on site by national law enforcement and the military. Photocopying shops were urged to spy on customers and report "suspicious activity". Gypsies and Jews were detained and sent to labor camps. mountain roads, throughout central Europe, were closed to prevent the escape of fugitives into the wilderness ("Wildlands Project"), and to prevent the movement and concealment of partisan resistant fighters. Public schools rewrote history and Hitler youth groups taught the children to report their parents to their teachers for anti-Nazi remarks. Such parents disappeared. Pagan animism became the state religion of the Third Reich and Christians were widely condemned as "right wing fanatics". Millions of books were burned first and then people. Millions of them burned in huge ovens after being gassed to death. Unmarried women were paid large sums of money to have babies out of wedlock and then given medals for it. Not content with waiting for one of his Islamic acquaintances to act, or possibly to keep on a global agenda time table: Michael Meiring constructs a bomb himself (to create another "Al Qaeda attack"), in a Philippine hotel room, where he prematurely detonates the device, blowing off both of his own legs. It seems when undisputed proof surfaced connecting the CIA, NSA, British Intelligence, U.S. Secret Service and the FBI with the 16 May 2002 blast: Mr. Meiring is spirited away in a NSA/FBI medivac to San Diego CA for his emergency care: verifying his employ as a black ops spook and giving the Philippines a reprieve, if only temporarily. Los Angeles Times, Wed, 14 Aug. 02: "U.S. Atty. Gen. Ashcrofts plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip them of their Constitutional Rights and access to the courts by declaring them "enemy combatants". The camp plan is forged at an optimistic time for Ashcroft's inner circle psychopaths, who have been watching two test cases to see if their vision could become a reality: The cases of Jose Padilla and Yaser Esam Hamdi will determine if U.S. citizens can be held without charges and subject to arbitrary and unchecked authority of the government. In response to a federal judges order to turn over underlying evidence justifying Hamdi's barbaric treatment, the Justice Dept. stated: "The Judge must simply accept its declaration and cannot interfere with the "president's absolute authority" in "a time of war". Its not like this is the first time civilian internment camps have been proposed by "appointed" government officials: on 3 Aug 1948, J. Edgar Hoover (homosexual - cross dresser,Knight of Malta and 33rd degree Mason) met with Attorney General J. Howard McGrath to form a plan that would allow President Truman to suspend constitution liberties during a national emergency: code named "Security Portfolio", the plan, when activated, would authorize the FBI to summarily arrest up to 20,000 people and place them in "national security detention camps". Prisoners would not have the right to a court hearing, confront accusers or habeas corpus appeal. Here, there are three known mysterious research facilities operated by Northrop, Lockheed and McDonnell Douglas, speculated to be testing anti-gravity propulsion systems and other exotic engine designs for new aircraft. TOLICHA PEAK ELECTRONIC COMBAT RANGE The Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat Range (TPECR) is a substantial, but little known facility of the Nellis Complex. It's located on Pahute Mesa, about 3 miles northeast of Tolicha Peak, and about 2 miles north and slightly west of Quartz Mountain. It is at least 20 miles south of the southerly boundary of the Tonopah Test Range. TONOPAH TEST RANGE First opened in 1957, it has been a major test facility for DOE funded weapon programs. The facility is heavily instrumented with camera and radar tracking devices that record data from artillery shell testing, bomb drops, cruise missiles and rocket tests. In 1984, TTR also became host to the first F117 Stealth fighter squadron. TOP-SECRET MILITARY UNDERGROUND FACILITIES According to the Napa Sentinel, a secret underground installation is under construction near the Oakville Grade in Napa County, California, and is being used by the Government for direct satellite communication, the Continuity of Government (COG) program in case of nuclear attack or other disasters, and secure communication links with the outside world in case of disaster. Mysterious helicopter flights have been seen going into and out of the area. Supposedly, the secret government site is replacing other installations and combining them into one underground center. Some believe Wright-Patterson to be a top-secret UFO monitoring and research station, which considering its past programs, doesn't seem unreasonable at all. CALCULATED U.S. DECEPTION ON OMEGA BASE By Joe Vialls The 450 metre tall Omega mast at Darriman, Victoria, is perhaps the largest US top secret military project hidden in the open, carefully disguised as a vaguely inaccurate navigation transmitter dedicated to the worthy cause of maritime emergency services. In reality Omega is an extremely accurate, strategic navigation system emitting an electromagnetic field so powerful it poses a health threat to Australian citizens in Victoria and beyond. The introduction of Omega to Australia took the US government 13 years to Ellie Mae. The Victorian transmitter was the last of eight worldwide stations to begin transmitting during late 1982. US strategy was to deceive the Australian government and people alike with disinformation aimed at proving the Omega system was not accurate enough to be used as an aid to nuclear ballistic missile submarines. The implication was obvious: if the system was not accurate enough for ballistic submarine use, then what were people making such a fuss about? The strategy worked, and opposition to the Omega network died down from strident calls to stop construction during the 1970s to muted, puzzled acceptance in the late 1980s. The deception that Omega was simply too inaccurate for use by US forces was pivotal in allowing the Victorian station to start transmitting. The US declared Omega was accurate only to one or two kilometres, then proceeded to encourage the sale of small (inaccurate) Omega navigation receivers to fishing and pleasure boats alike. True to US declarations, these "single frequency" receivers provided a fix accurate only to within one or two kilometres. Hundreds of Australian mariners confirmed the distorted US claim of limited accuracy. In order to obtain a navigation fix from a "hyperbolic" system like Omega, the vessel must obtain signals from three different transmitters. For example, a vessel offshore Western Australia would receive signals from the stations located in East Gippsland, Tsushima in Japan and La Reunion in the western Indian Ocean. The calculated US illusion lay in the fact the small Omega receivers had access to only one of the five available frequencies transmitted in sequence by each of those three transmitters. This meant that an ambiguity could creep in every half wave length, or approximately 13 kilometres. For important US military aircraft, submarines and fighting ships, an entirely different receiver was provided, initially with three frequencies and then with up to five. The addition of the second frequency reduced the error to once every 38 kilometres, the third frequency to once every 115 kilometres, the fourth frequency to once every 350 kilometres and the fifth to once every 1050 kilometres. Equipped with special five-frequency receivers, US military aircraft, submarines and fighting ships can therefore plot their positions with a theoretical accuracy of one metre. For the US government, the only remaining task was reinforcing public opinion that Omega really was a bit of a $50 million overkill entirely unsuited for strategic use. The answer was simple: hide the facility in the open, pat visitors indulgently on the head and hand out bumper stickers. Such techniques, normally referred to as "reverse security", have been common in Europe for years, where population density is so high that most installations cannot be surrounded night and day by packs of ravenous killer dogs and guards armed with submachine guns. Advantages Why should the US go to such lengths to install the transmitter at all? At first glance, it seems that satellites of the GPS variety would be perfectly adequate for all military usage. Radio signals from position-fixing satellites cannot penetrate the surface of the water, so ballistic missile submarines in particular need to surface in order to receive signals. By comparison, the Omega signals penetrate not only water but also sea ice to at least 15 metres, making the very risky business of surfacing Ellie Maely unnecessary. Perhaps more importantly, during a thermonuclear war all transistorised circuits in the navigation satellites would be burned out by electromagnetic pulses emitted by thermonuclear weapons exploding in the stratosphere, rendering the satellites utterly useless. The very low frequency (VLF) transmissions of Omega would be almost Ellie Maely unaffected by the and a retaliatory strike from the Southern Ocean using US Trident D5 missiles with a range of more than 7000 nautical miles could easily be achieved. Thus Australia would be dragged unwillingly into a northern hemisphere superpower thermonuclear war. As a critical command, control and communications (C3) facility for the US nuclear ballistic submarine fleet, the Omega station in Victoria is undoubtedly targeted by at least two Russian multi-megaton warheads riding on independently launched missiles. High Power The US government also forgot to mention another long-term hazard associated with the transmitter: the effect of electromagnetic pollution on Australians. A 1978 Australian document describes the power of the Omega signal as 10 kW, "about the same as a typical ABC broadcasting station." Unfortunately the US government had been lying through its hind teeth, and the environmental impact statement was fraudulent due to the inaccurate information provided. The power input to the Omega station is shown in a 1978 Australian document as consisting of two 450 kW transformers drawing power from a dedicated substation fed by the national grid, backed up by a huge 750 kW stand-by generator driven by a V12 diesel. All this to transmit "a radio signal of 10 kW in power?" Of course not. The Omega station transmits in two modes at the same time: the first a weak 10,000 watt sky-wave signal from the top of the mast, and the second an incredibly powerful ground-wave the US government forgot to mention which pumps another 500,000 watts out through the earth, via giant buried copper aerials radiating out around the base of the mast every 10 degrees for a distance of 1100 feet each. The ground-wave mode is of special interest to ballistic missile submarines because, unlike the sky-wave, it has no inherent ambiguities. It should be noted that one of the declared primary requirements for the Omega site was "high soil conductivity" - the ability of the ground to transmit electromagnetic fields for long distances. East Gippsland soil is highly conductive all the way to Melbourne and beyond. Last year a radio expert living more than 100 km from the transmitter detected an "earth" electrical potential so strong he was able to listen to Omega's ground-wave pulses by plugging his high impedance headphones directly into the dirt of his back garden. At the entrance to the user-friendly transmitter site in East Gippsland a large sign flanked by pretty gardens declares: "Australian Maritime Safety Authority Welcomes Visitors to the Omega Navigation Facility." But if a visitor tries to stray beyond the building to take closer pictures of the huge aerial, the response is: "Sorry, it's too hot out there" - a direct reference to radio frequency burns that would be suffered by anyone unwise enough to trample across hidden copper earth aerials pumping out half a million watts. Dangers There is a very real danger to the people of Victoria from the massive ground-wave travelling through that state's highly conductive soil. Dr Robert Becker, MD, an expert of great renown in the specialised field of electromagnetic pollution and twice a Nobel Prize nominee, has published alarming information about increased incidence of cancer, cataracts, developmental defects, genetic effects and mental illness due to powerful electromagnetic fields emitted by low frequency transmitters, allied equipment and systems. Becker, in his book Cross Currents, made the following general observation: "All abnormal, man-made electromagnetic fields, regardless of their frequencies, produce the same biological effects. These effects ... deviate from normal functions and are actually or potentially harmful." Omega has been transmitting continuously for at least 10 years. Health statistics in Victoria need to be compared with others in New South Wales and Queensland on a "before" and "after" basis, especially within 700 kilometres of the Omega transmitter. Statistics are already revealing an increase in the incidence of Victorian cancers over those in Western Australia, but a lot more work needs to be done in order to establish the actual level of danger. Many forms of cancer take up to 15 years to appear, and by then it may be too late to save some of the people affected. It is currently unknown what levels of electromagnetic pollution the other large bases at Pine Gap and Nurrungar may be generating, but it seems unlikely there will be any noticeable concern about Australian public health on the part of the US government. ET BASE ON EARTH SANCTIONED BY OFFICIALS SINCE 1954 CONFIRMED By Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D. In July of 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines and photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's Capital in Washington, DC. Four months later WW II General Dwight Eisenhower was elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took office (January, 1953), the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) was ordered to determine if UFOs were interstellar vehicles. OSI convened the Robertson Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an Air Force study of UFOs, Project Blue Book. A year later, in April, 1954, as documented by Gerald Light, President Eisenhower made a secret trip to Muroc Field (now Edwards Air Force Base), in the California desert, accompanied by generals, reporter Franklin Allen of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop James McIntyre, and others. The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm Springs, CA, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He "was spirited over to Muroc one night," while reporters were fed the cover story that the President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist. While at Muroc Air Field, Eisenhower was present while an extraterrestrial disc landed. Several Star Visitors emerged to converse with the President and the generals. The extraterrestrials requested that Eisenhower make the public aware of extraterrestrial contact with Earth forthwith. The President protested that humans were not ready, and needed time to be prepared for adjusting to this stupendous reality. By the end of the following month, May, 1954, President Eisenhower's CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David Rockefeller and other top world financiers, later-Secretary of State Dean Rusk, later-British Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western power leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group, "a means of Western collective management of the world order." One of the early items on the Bilderberg agenda was extraterrestrial contact. The following information was disclosed to me by a confidential reliable informant, who previously worked on contract for the National Security Agency, and maintains connections within the Intelligence community. This information has been confirmed by a second source, Dr. Michael Wolf of the National Security Council's unacknowledged subcommittee, the MJ-12 Special Studies Group. The report which follows is not "leaks", but rather based on releases of information which are part of the Acclimation Program, an official though unacknowledged U.S. Government policy of "processed release of information", as Dr. Wolf describes it. Shortly after establishing itself, the Bilderberg Group collaborated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another international policy body devoted to world management, concerning the problem of adjusting humankind to extraterrestrial presence. Bilderberg and CFR decided jointly in the mid-1950s to enter into an arrangement with the extraterrestrials: The ETs were given an island in French Polynesia as a base on Earth. This arrangement afforded them an opportunity to monitor closely Earth cultures and behavior; and it permitted Earth governments a way to monitor extraterrestrial culture and behavior. "It became an on-going experiment," as my former-NSA informant put it. He adds that when official public announcement of the extraterrestrial presence occurs, "they will be the ones introduced to Earthlings; 'Oh, by the way, we want to welcome our neighbors from the Pleiades, who by the way have been here since [the beginning of Earth] time, but [are] actually living in our place, date, space and time.'" "They are the diplomatic corps." My ex-NSA informant reported that the U.S. particularly held out for many concessions before agreeing to the arrangement. (He did not specify what those concessions were, but history subsequent to 1954 suggests that what the U.S. obtained was the lion's share of extraterrestrial scientist consultants, to assist American scientists in understanding and adapting exotic ET technologies into such devices we now know as the computer chip, fibre optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy, cloning, night-vision equipment, super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar lightweight armor), aerospace ceramics, Stealth technology, particle-beam devices, and gravity-control flight.) NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf has previously revealed in his book The Catchers of Heaven that he worked with ETs as part of his governmental duties. "I met with extraterrestrial individuals every day in my work, and shared living quarters with them," while doing research at extremely-classified underground government research laboratories. He added, "Zetas work in underground facilities, as requested by the U.S. Government. The ETs are not breaking the U.S. Government-Zeta treaties, but the Government has broken treaties by mistreating ETs, and trying to fire on UFOs." Dr. Wolf also described working with very human-appearing races dubbed the Nordics and Semitics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades [star systems]." Wolf also disclosed that in 1954 the U.S. had four extraterrestrial corpses in the "Blue Room", Hanger 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. These bodies came from a series of retrievals of downed UFOs. "The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was retrieved by the Navy." (The Navy has held a leadership position in UFO matters ever since.) Between that and the first publicly-announced Roswell UFO crash in 1947, Wolf says there was another crash in 1946, as well as two other crashes in 1947. SECRET US/USSR MANNED SPACE STATION IN ORBIT FOR PAST 30 YEARS DISCLOSED WRITTEN BY DR. RICHARD J. BOYLAN In a report earlier this year, I wrote that in 1969, Apollo 10 astronauts Stafford, Cernan and Young were the first to approach an extraterrestrial beacon (dubbed The Monolith) and film it. Now, with additional information, I can add that they were not, however, the first astronauts to spot this ET beacon. That Monolith was first sighted by Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space, in 1961. He was followed that same year by American astronaut Alan Shephard, who also sighted the beacon. It turns out that sighting the beacon was not that unlikely. My NSA informant says, "There are billions of them floating all over." Dr. Michael Wolf shed additional light on the beacons. "They are 'postcards from the rim'. They emit both light and tone signals, sending a mathematical language. There may be five or more ET civilizations involved in setting up these beacons." Ignore those Boeing commercials and the NASA press releases about how America "soon" will have its own first manned space station. My ex-NSA informant revealed that there has been a manned "deep space platform" in orbit above Earth for over thirty years! "It [has] had three-manned [American] crews as well as Russians 'on' since '68!" He further states that since 1973, the space station received additional extremely-high technology, "and has had upgrades since." His disclosures confirms reports I had heard previously from former military officers about a secret space platform in orbit. This disclosure makes clear, as does my earlier report about a secret military astronaut program retrieving the "Apollo 10" Monolith in 1972 for study, that the Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles launches and the "first American" space station on NASA's drawing boards are just government "cover" programs. Such programs have served to deflect the public from becoming aware before now of the existence of a black-project military space station and classified military craft which can go well past orbit into deep space. The ex-NSA informant, who provided information on a secret U.S.-USSR manned spacestation in orbit since 1968, now has furnished me additional details about its operation. The space station has been serviced by secret military spacecraft long before the first American Space Shuttle flew in 1981. In 1988 previous spacefaring vehicles were superseded by the "Nautilus", a spacecraft with a rounded delta shape built jointly by special projects divisions of Europe's Airbus Industrie and U.S.'s Boeing Corporation. Nautilus has a propulsion system which utilizes magnetic pulsing. Nautilus-type craft make twice-weekly trips up into space and back, to service the secret international space station. The Nautilus is based in Utah. (Although my informant did not identify the base, the likely candidates are the Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, or Hill Air Force Base Range.) Nautilus-class craft were also used at the beginning of the Gulf War, to penetrate Iraqi airspace from space. Soon thereafter, Stealth aircraft took over covert penetration operations. September 5, 2005: "I just got back from a FEMA Detainment Camp" There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States. The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. Operation CABLE SPLICER and GARDEN PLOT are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation. The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of camps located in southern California. His findings are as follows: Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves. The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading? We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions? This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it's occupants? There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code. The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance. We didn't venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold railroad cars. [lrec] I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be? Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed guards? A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area. From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine. In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation? What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic? Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what's really going on? Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth? When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn't hurt others in observing our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise. It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don't see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life. We just don't care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it's too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?" Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn't find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn't have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions. Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the public's ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited. Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn't we hear about prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of the War. Where was their freedom? You don't think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and killed didn't think it could happen to them either. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) was established in 1958 as the first U.S. response to the Soviet launching of Sputnik. Since that time, DARPA's primary role has been to maintain the United States' technological superiority for military capabilities and to guard against unforeseen technological advances by potential adversaries.

The DARPA mission is to go beyond traditional thinking and develop imaginative, innovative and often high risk research ideas. These ideas will offer a significant technological impact and the pursuit of these ideas will be from the demonstration of technical feasibility through the development of prototype systems. DARPA's ability to adapt rapidly to changing situations and to embrace opportunities in both technology and processes, while maintaining the proven founding principles of the Agency, makes DARPA a unique research and development organization and the crown jewel in Defense research and development.

The Downing Street Memo

Connected to possible 9/11 conspiracies through a cascading sequence of events leading to the "War on Terror", the Downing Street "Memo" is a document containing meeting minutes transcribed during the British Prime Minister's meeting on July 23, 2002. The meeting occurred a full eight months PRIOR to the invasion of Iraq. The Times of London originally printed the text of the memo on May 1, 2005, but the US media coverage has been limited at best. The facility is heavily instrumented with camera and radar tracking devices that record data from artillery shell testing, bomb drops, cruise missiles and rocket tests. In 1984, TTR also became host to the first F117 Stealth fighter squadron.

The 450 metre tall Omega mast at Darriman, Victoria, is perhaps the largest US top secret military project hidden in the open, carefully disguised as a vaguely inaccurate navigation transmitter dedicated to the worthy cause of maritime emergency services. In reality Omega is an extremely accurate, strategic navigation system emitting an electromagnetic field so powerful it poses a health threat to Australian citizens in Victoria and beyond.

The introduction of Omega to Australia took the US government 13 years to Ellie Mae. The Victorian transmitter was the last of eight worldwide stations to begin transmitting during late 1982. US strategy was to deceive the Australian government and people alike with disinformation aimed at proving the Omega system was not accurate enough to be used as an aid to nuclear ballistic missile submarines.

The implication was obvious: if the system was not accurate enough for ballistic submarine use, then what were people making such a fuss about? The strategy worked, and opposition to the Omega network died down from strident calls to stop construction during the 1970s to muted, puzzled acceptance in the late 1980s.

The deception that Omega was simply too inaccurate for use by US forces was pivotal in allowing the Victorian station to start transmitting.

The US declared Omega was accurate only to one or two kilometres, then proceeded to encourage the sale of small (inaccurate) Omega navigation receivers to fishing and pleasure boats alike. True to US declarations, these "single frequency" receivers provided a fix accurate only to within one or two kilometres. Hundreds of Australian mariners confirmed the distorted US claim of limited accuracy.

In order to obtain a navigation fix from a "hyperbolic" system like Omega, the vessel must obtain signals from three different transmitters. For example, a vessel offshore Western Australia would receive signals from the stations located in East Gippsland, Tsushima in Japan and La Reunion in the western Indian Ocean.

The calculated US illusion lay in the fact the small Omega receivers had access to only one of the five available frequencies transmitted in sequence by each of those three transmitters. This meant that an ambiguity could creep in every half wave length, or approximately 13 kilometres.

For important US military aircraft, submarines and fighting ships, an entirely different receiver was provided, initially with three frequencies and then with up to five. The addition of the second frequency reduced the error to once every 38 kilometres, the third frequency to once every 115 kilometres, the fourth frequency to once every 350 kilometres and the fifth to once every 1050 kilometres.

Equipped with special five-frequency receivers, US military aircraft, submarines and fighting ships can therefore plot their positions with a theoretical accuracy of one metre.

For the US government, the only remaining task was reinforcing public opinion that Omega really was a bit of a $50 million overkill entirely unsuited for strategic use. The answer was simple: hide the facility in the open, pat visitors indulgently on the head and hand out bumper stickers.

Such techniques, normally referred to as "reverse security", have been common in Europe for years, where population density is so high that most installations cannot be surrounded night and day by packs of ravenous killer dogs and guards armed with submachine guns.

Advantages

Why should the US go to such lengths to install the transmitter at all? At first glance, it seems that satellites of the GPS variety would be perfectly adequate for all military usage.

Radio signals from position-fixing satellites cannot penetrate the surface of the water, so ballistic missile submarines in particular need to surface in order to receive signals. By comparison, the Omega signals penetrate not only water but also sea ice to at least 15 metres, making the very risky business of surfacing Ellie Maely unnecessary.

Perhaps more importantly, during a thermonuclear war all transistorised circuits in the navigation satellites would be burned out by electromagnetic pulses emitted by thermonuclear weapons exploding in the stratosphere, rendering the satellites utterly useless. The very low frequency (VLF) transmissions of Omega would be almost Ellie Mae unaffected by the and a retaliatory strike from the Southern Ocean using US Trident D5 missiles with a range of more than 7000 nautical miles could easily be achieved. Thus Australia would be dragged unwillingly into a northern hemisphere superpower thermonuclear war.

As a critical command, control and communications (C3) facility for the US nuclear ballistic submarine fleet, the Omega station in Victoria is undoubtedly targeted by at least two Russian multi-megaton warheads riding on independently launched missiles.

High Power

The US government also forgot to mention another long-term hazard associated with the transmitter: the effect of electromagnetic pollution on Australians.

A 1978 Australian document describes the power of the Omega signal as 10 kW, "about the same as a typical ABC broadcasting station." Unfortunately the US government had been lying through its hind teeth, and the environmental impact statement was fraudulent due to the inaccurate information provided.

The power input to the Omega station is shown in a 1978 Australian document as consisting of two 450 kW transformers drawing power from a dedicated substation fed by the national grid, backed up by a huge 750 kW stand-by generator driven by a V12 diesel. All this to transmit "a radio signal of 10 kW in power?"

Of course not. The Omega station transmits in two modes at the same time: the first a weak 10,000 watt sky-wave signal from the top of the mast, and the second an incredibly powerful ground-wave the US government forgot to mention which pumps another 500,000 watts out through the earth, via giant buried copper aerials radiating out around the base of the mast every 10 degrees for a distance of 1100 feet each.

The ground-wave mode is of special interest to ballistic missile submarines because, unlike the sky-wave, it has no inherent ambiguities.

It should be noted that one of the declared primary requirements for the Omega site was "high soil conductivity" - the ability of the ground to transmit electromagnetic fields for long distances. East Gippsland soil is highly conductive all the way to Melbourne and beyond. Last year a radio expert living more than 100 km from the transmitter detected an "earth" electrical potential so strong he was able to listen to Omega's ground-wave pulses by plugging his high impedance headphones directly into the dirt of his back garden.

At the entrance to the user-friendly transmitter site in East Gippsland a large sign flanked by pretty gardens declares: "Australian Maritime Safety Authority Welcomes Visitors to the Omega Navigation Facility." But if a visitor tries to stray beyond the building to take closer pictures of the huge aerial, the response is: "Sorry, it's too hot out there" - a direct reference to radio frequency burns that would be suffered by anyone unwise enough to trample across hidden copper earth aerials pumping out half a million watts.

Dangers

There is a very real danger to the people of Victoria from the massive ground-wave travelling through that state's highly conductive soil. Dr Robert Becker, MD, an expert of great renown in the specialised field of electromagnetic pollution and twice a Nobel Prize nominee, has published alarming information about increased incidence of cancer, cataracts, developmental defects, genetic effects and mental illness due to powerful electromagnetic fields emitted by low frequency transmitters, allied equipment and systems.

Becker, in his book Cross Currents, made the following general observation: "All abnormal, man-made electromagnetic fields, regardless of their frequencies, produce the same biological effects. These effects ... deviate from normal functions and are actually or potentially harmful."

Omega has been transmitting continuously for at least 10 years. Health statistics in Victoria need to be compared with others in New South Wales and Queensland on a "before" and "after" basis, especially within 700 kilometres of the Omega transmitter. Statistics are already revealing an increase in the incidence of Victorian cancers over those in Western Australia, but a lot more work needs to be done in order to establish the actual level of danger. Many forms of cancer take up to 15 years to appear, and by then it may be too late to save some of the people affected.

It is currently unknown what levels of electromagnetic pollution the other large bases at Pine Gap and Nurrungar may be generating, but it seems unlikely there will be any noticeable concern about Australian public health on the part of the US government.

ET BASE ON EARTH

SANCTIONED BY OFFICIALS SINCE 1954 CONFIRMED

In July of 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines and photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's Capital in Washington, DC. Four months later WW II General Dwight Eisenhower was elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took office (January, 1953), the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) was ordered to determine if UFOs were interstellar vehicles. OSI convened the Robertson Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an Air Force study of UFOs, Project Blue Book.

A year later, in April, 1954, as documented by Gerald Light, President Eisenhower made a secret trip to Muroc Field (now Edwards Air Force Base), in the California desert, accompanied by generals, reporter Franklin Allen of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop James McIntyre, and others. The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm Springs, CA, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He "was spirited over to Muroc one night," while reporters were fed the cover story that the President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist. While at Muroc Air Field, Eisenhower was present while an extraterrestrial disc landed. Several Star Visitors emerged to converse with the President and the generals. The extraterrestrials requested that Eisenhower make the public aware of extraterrestrial contact with Earth forthwith. The President protested that humans were not ready, and needed time to be prepared for adjusting to this stupendous reality.

By the end of the following month, May, 1954, President Eisenhower's CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David Rockefeller and other top world financiers, later-Secretary of State Dean Rusk, later-British Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western power leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group, "a means of Western collective management of the world order." One of the early items on the Bilderberg agenda was extraterrestrial contact.

The following information was disclosed to me by a confidential reliable informant, who previously worked on contract for the National Security Agency, and maintains connections within the Intelligence community. This information has been confirmed by a second source, Dr. Michael Wolf of the National Security Council's unacknowledged subcommittee, the MJ-12 Special Studies Group. The report which follows is not "leaks", but rather based on releases of information which are part of the Acclimation Program, an official though unacknowledged U.S. Government policy of "processed release of information", as Dr. Wolf describes it.

Shortly after establishing itself, the Bilderberg Group collaborated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another international policy body devoted to world management, concerning the problem of adjusting humankind to extraterrestrial presence. Bilderberg and CFR decided jointly in the mid-1950s to enter into an arrangement with the extraterrestrials: The ETs were given an island in French Polynesia as a base on Earth. This arrangement afforded them an opportunity to monitor closely Earth cultures and behavior; and it permitted Earth governments a way to monitor extraterrestrial culture and behavior. "It became an on-going experiment," as my former-NSA informant put it. He adds that when official public announcement of the extraterrestrial presence occurs, "they will be the ones introduced to Earthlings; 'Oh, by the way, we want to welcome our neighbors from the Pleiades, who by the way have been here since [the beginning of Earth] time, but [are] actually living in our place, date, space and time.'" "They are the diplomatic corps."

My ex-NSA informant reported that the U.S. particularly held out for many concessions before agreeing to the arrangement. (He did not specify what those concessions were, but history subsequent to 1954 suggests that what the U.S. obtained was the lion's share of extraterrestrial scientist consultants, to assist American scientists in understanding and adapting exotic ET technologies into such devices we now know as the computer chip, fibre optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy, cloning, night-vision equipment, super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar lightweight armor), aerospace ceramics, Stealth technology, particle-beam devices, and gravity-control flight.) NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf has previously revealed in his book The Catchers of Heaven that he worked with ETs as part of his governmental duties. "I met with extraterrestrial individuals every day in my work, and shared living quarters with them," while doing research at extremely-classified underground government research laboratories. He added, "Zetas work in underground facilities, as requested by the U.S. Government. The ETs are not breaking the U.S. Government-Zeta treaties, but the Government has broken treaties by mistreating ETs, and trying to fire on UFOs." Dr. Wolf also described working with very human-appearing races dubbed the Nordics and Semitics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades [star systems]." Wolf also disclosed that in 1954 the U.S. had four extraterrestrial corpses in the "Blue Room", Hanger 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. These bodies came from a series of retrievals of downed UFOs. "The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was retrieved by the Navy." (The Navy has held a leadership position in UFO matters ever since.) Between that and the first publicly-announced Roswell UFO crash in 1947, Wolf says there was another crash in 1946, as well as two other crashes in 1947.

In a report earlier this year, I wrote that in 1969, Apollo 10 astronauts Stafford, Cernan and Young were the first to approach an extraterrestrial beacon (dubbed The Monolith) and film it. Now, with additional information, I can add that they were not, however, the first astronauts to spot this ET beacon. That Monolith was first sighted by Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space, in 1961. He was followed that same year by American astronaut Alan Shephard, who also sighted the beacon. It turns out that sighting the beacon was not that unlikely. My NSA informant says, "There are billions of them floating all over." Dr. Michael Wolf shed additional light on the beacons. "They are 'postcards from the rim'. They emit both light and tone signals, sending a mathematical language. There may be five or more ET civilizations involved in setting up these beacons."

Ignore those Boeing commercials and the NASA press releases about how America "soon" will have its own first manned space station. My ex-NSA informant revealed that there has been a manned "deep space platform" in orbit above Earth for over thirty years! "It [has] had three-manned [American] crews as well as Russians 'on' since '68!" He further states that since 1973, the space station received additional extremely-high technology, "and has had upgrades since." His disclosures confirms reports I had heard previously from former military officers about a secret space platform in orbit. This disclosure makes clear, as does my earlier report about a secret military astronaut program retrieving the "Apollo 10" Monolith in 1972 for study, that the Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles launches and the "first American" space station on NASA's drawing boards are just government "cover" programs. Such programs have served to deflect the public from becoming aware before now of the existence of a black-project military space station and classified military craft which can go well past orbit into deep space. The ex-NSA informant, who provided information on a secret U.S.-USSR manned spacestation in orbit since 1968, now has furnished me additional details about its operation. The space station has been serviced by secret military spacecraft long before the first American Space Shuttle flew in 1981. In 1988 previous spacefaring vehicles were superseded by the "Nautilus", a spacecraft with a rounded delta shape built jointly by special projects divisions of Europe's Airbus Industrie and U.S.'s Boeing Corporation. Nautilus has a propulsion system which utilizes magnetic pulsing. Nautilus-type craft make twice-weekly trips up into space and back, to service the secret international space station. The Nautilus is based in Utah. (Although my informant did not identify the base, the likely candidates are the Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, or Hill Air Force Base Range.) Nautilus-class craft were also used at the beginning of the Gulf War, to penetrate Iraqi airspace from space. Soon thereafter, Stealth aircraft took over covert penetration operations.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation CABLE SPLICER and GARDEN PLOT are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.

Garden Plot is the program to control the population.

Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government.

FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of camps located in southern California. His findings are as follows:

Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.

The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?

We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?

This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it's occupants?

There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.

The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.

We didn't venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold railroad cars. [lrec]

I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be?

Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed guards?

A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.

From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine.

In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation?

What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic?

Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what's really going on? Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth?

When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn't hurt others in observing our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.

It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don't see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life.

We just don't care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it's too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"

Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn't find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn't have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions.

Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the public's ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.

Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn't we hear about prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of the War. Where was their freedom?

You don't think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and killed didn't think it could happen to them either. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it happen?

October 10 , 2003, 1200 PDT, (FTW) -- WASHINGTON, At around 9 PM on September 29, Fairfax County, Virginia police responded to a 911 call describing an accident. However, they soon discovered they were not dealing with a routine emergency but the mysterious death of an employee of the 47-year old brother of President George W. Bush, venture capitalist Marvin Bush. Sixty-two year old Bertha Champagne, described as a long time "baby sitter" for Marvin and Margaret Bush's two children, son Walker, 13, and daughter Marshall, 17, was found crushed to death by her own vehicle in a driveway in front of the Bush family home in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County. Champagne reportedly lived at the Bush family home.
Champagne had left the residence to retrieve something from her car, which police say had somehow been left in gear. According to the police report, the car rolled forward and pinned the woman between it and a small building next to the driveway (possibly a checkpoint built by the Secret Service when Marvin's father, George H. W. Bush, was president). The car crossed Edgehill Drive, a small street in front of the Bush compound. The vehicle then crossed a busy two-lane street, Fort Hunt Road, finally coming to rest in a wooded area across the street that adjoins the prestigious Belle Haven Country Club. No explanations have been offered as to why the vehicle did not move until Champagne was in a position to be crushed. Champagne was pronounced dead on arrival at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. Courtney Young, a spokesperson for the Fairfax County police was surprised when asked about the circumstances surrounding Champagne's death. She indicated the media was primarily focused on another Fairfax County story, the kidnapping and holdup of the wife of New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg on October 7. More mystifying is the fact that the Washington Post waited almost an entire week to publish the story about the baby sitter's death. The incident occurred on September 29, but the Post did not report it until October 5 and buried it on page 3 of the Metro section. Nevertheless, the Washington Post was the only media outlet to cover the story at all. Young said police still did not know the exact cause of Champagne's death. Young said the police had posted the incident on its web site in a press release, although the report makes no mention of Marvin Bush. It reads: A 62-year-old Alexandria area woman died after being pinned between a rolling car and a building. The crash happened on Monday, around 9 pm, near the intersection of Fort Hunt Road and Edgehill Drive. Bertha Champagne had gone outside to get something from a car in a driveway. The car, which was left in gear, began to roll forward. Champagne was pinned between the car and a small building next to the driveway. The car continued to roll down the driveway, crossed Fort Hunt Road, and came to rest in a wooded area. Champagne was taken to Inova Mount Vernon Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The press release is dated September 30 at 1330 (1:30 PM), some sixteen and a half hours after the incident occurred. The police were well aware of Marvin Bush's controversial role in serving on corporate boards for companies associated with the 911 terrorist attacks, however, they emphasized that Champagne's death was merely a quirky accident and no foul play was involved. According to two articles in the Progressive Populist written by Margie Burns, from 1993 to 2000, Bush served on the board of Securacom (since renamed Stratesec). The chairman of the board of Stratesec is Wirt D. Walker III, a cousin of Marvin and George W. Bush. Securacom had contracts to provide security for Dulles International Airport (the airport from which American Airlines Flight 77, which crashed into the Pentagon, originated) and the World Trade Center in New York. Securacom's backers include a number of Kuwaitis through a company called KuwAm Corp (Kuwaiti-American Corp.). Stratesec also has Saudi investors. Walker also serves as a managing director of KuwAm, which maintains offices within the Watergate complex along with Riggs Bank, on whose board Bush's uncle, Jonathan Bush, sits. Saudi Princess Haifa al Faisal, the wife of Saudi Ambassador to the US Prince Bandar, used a Riggs account to funnel money to Omar al Bayoumi and Osama Basnan, two Saudi students in California associated with two of the 911 hijackers. Until November 2002, Bush served on the board of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (formerly Houston Casualty Company), a re-insurer for the World Trade Center. Bush still serves as an adviser to the firm. Walker serves as chief executive officer of Aviation General, an aircraft company backed by KuwAm. Aviation General, formerly Commander Aircraft, brokered the sale of airplanes to the National Civil Aviation Training Organization (NCATO), located in Giza, Egypt, the hometown of lead hijacker Mohammed Atta. NCATO is the only civilian pilot training school in Egypt. NCATO has a training agreement with Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida, the flight school that was investigated by the FBI for possibly training at least one of the 911 hijackers.
A Houston businessman who worked closely with the Bush family over the years confided that Marvin Bush and Wirt Walker appear to have taken over the Saudi real estate investment and aircraft brokerage business once run out of Texas by Houston-based James Bath in association with Salem bin Laden, the late brother of Osama bin Laden, and Khalid bin Mahfouz. The source, who has dealt personally with the Bush family in Houston for a number of years, said there should be skepticism when looking at bizarre deaths like that of Champagne. The source speculated that Champagne might have happened upon some sensitive information the Bush family wanted kept secret. Some observers wondered if Secret Service agents might have been able to assist Champagne when her car pinned her. According to the Secret Service in Washington, the agency only provides protection to presidential siblings if an Executive Order authorizes such action. A Secret Service spokesperson emphasized there is no current Secret Service protection for Marvin Bush. However, there remains a question why private security agents posted at the Bush compound could not have responded to Champagne's distress. There are also questions concerning Champagne's actual place of residence. According to the Post story, Bush told police that Champagne resided at their compound, However, a phone call to the directory-listed residence of Bertha Champagne in Franconia, Virginia resulted in Mrs. Champagne's son answering the phone. He confirmed that his mother lived at the Franconia address but he was clearly uncomfortable and nervous in talking to the media about the circumstances surrounding his mother's death.
